Dragonfest – Saturday, January 25, 2020
Time: 9:0 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Details: Celebrating the Year of the Rat with a show from John Wai Dance Troope at 1:30 p.m in the Fountain. All guests will receive a fortune cookie for an opportunity to win a free carousel ride, opportunity to feed the lorikeet, a free soft drink at the café or discounted return admission. DJ in the fountain will be spinning kid friendly music along with face painters. All activities are included with General Admission.
Lady Bug Release Party – Saturday, February 15, 2020
Time: 9:0 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Details: Three stations will be set up where guests can come anytime between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to release lady bugs in the Zoo. A costume contest in the fountain at 12:00 p.m. and there will be a DJ spinning kid friendly music along with face painters. All activities are included with General Admission.
Brew at the Zoo – Saturday, April 4, 2020
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Details: Raise and pint and toast to one of the best Brews in Palm Beach County. Brew at the Zoo will have more than 26 beer vendors along with two special VIP area and food trucks. Expected to sell out at 1800 people.
Photos with Bunny – Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11, 2020
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Details: Photos with Peter Cottontail in the fountain area. There will be also be a face painter and kid friendly craft. Photos can be taken with personal phone or purchase them from the Gift Shop.
Big Cat Race – Saturday, May 2, 2020
Time: 7:00 a.m.
Details: 5K Race from the Zoo parking lot thru Dreher Park and finishing up in the fountain. Estimated number of runners is 650, all runners receive a tech sport shirt, admission into the Zoo day of the event and an eco-friendly medal. Packet pick up on Wednesday, April 30 and Thursday, May 1 at the Zoo from 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
Roar & Pour Concert Series
Time: 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Details: We will be rockin’ through the decades this summer with costume contests, craft beer and great music.
May 30 – 60’s – Peace of Woodstock
June 27 – 70’s – KC & the 70’s Flashback
July 25 – 80’s - On the Roxx
August 29 – 90’s – New Kids Superfly 90’s
