This is a strictly 21 and older event.  No children admitted, including infants or toddlers. No pets allowed. The Palm Beach Zoo is a non smoking facility including e-cigs/vape.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
21 and older only, must have a valid government issued ID.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We recommend having a Designated Driver ticket holder to do the driving, or use Uber/Lyft/taxi.

Parking is in the main Zoo lot and in Dreher Park South lots A, B, C, and soccer field. Please follow directions of our parking staff.

Upon arrival: shuttle buses will run between these lots and the bus stop at the edge of the main Zoo parking lot along Summit Blvd. At exit: shuttle buses will pick up near the wooden observation tower en route to Lots A, B, C and soccer field.

Once our main parking lot (on the Zoo side of Summit) is full, we will have a drop-off lane available near the main gate. If you do use the drop off lane, it is important that the driver makes certain to get their ID checked, ticket scanned, and wristband applied while in line prior to entry. Anyone who attempts to enter a gate into the event without a wristband will be held back for resolution until all other guests have entered.

What can I bring into the event?
No outside food or beverage.  No pets.  No weapons.  No one under 21 years of age.

How do I get my beer?
This is a craft beer sampling event. When you enter you will be given a collectible sampling Pilsner cup and lanyard. Present this mug at each brewer tent where you wish to taste a sample. Sampling is unlimited. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who appear intoxicated.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

 What's the refund policy?
No refunds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, or your ticket can be shown on your smart phone. If you choose to use your phone, we HIGHLYrecommend that you use the Eventbrite app.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, as long as they are over the age of 21.
