Palm Beach Zoo is open 363 days a year and is only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There are no refunds nor rainchecks for inclement weather.
Honoring Our Heroes: Military Discount
Palm Beach Zoo appreciates the hard work and dedication of the men and women in the United States Armed Forces. To show our gratitude, we offer all active, reservist, and retired members of the military FREE ADMISSION (valid ID must be presented at the admissions booth). We also offer all active-duty, retired or reserve military personnel with appropriate military ID, 50% off admission for up to three members of their group.
Spouses or family members of servicemen and women may not appear in place of said serviceperson.

Rules for Visitors of Palm Beach Zoo

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Sorry, no pets, food, or beverages may be brought into the Zoo. Palm Beach Zoo is a smoke-free facility.
Service Animals
To ensure everyone's safety all service animals MUST be declared to our guest services staff before entry and remain on a short leash at all times. To prevent undue stress on Zoo animals, "service animals" are not permitted in our free-flight aviaries. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Palm Beach Zoo allows "service animals" as described in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. Please note, "assistance animals" are not within the scope of the ADA definition and are not permitted in the Zoo.
