Palm Beach Zoo Coupon Policy

Official Palm Beach Zoo coupons will always include an expiration date and an internal use code number.  Coupons without those elements are not official and we reserve the right to refuse them. The original coupon and not a digital, or reprinted coupon must be submitted at the Zoo's ticket window. Coupons cannot be combined for additional discounts.

Official Palm Beach Zoo coupons can be found in publications such as Explore Palm Beach, tourism maps, other travel/tourism and parenting publications, as well as in hotel and tourist information center card racks. Photocopies or photo images of print coupons cannot be accepted.  You will also occasionally find coupons on our Facebook page and they will be date specific and must be presented on your screen.

Please note, there are numerous unscrupulous coupon sites that create their own coupons not authorized by the Zoo.  Palm Beach Zoo does NOT accept coupons from websites such as Retail Me Not or other online coupon sites with the exception of offers run through our business and conservation partners (i.e. Association of Zoos & Aquariums, Macaroni Kid, etc.).  The site palmbeachzoocoupons.blogspot is NOT an official Zoo partner and coupons found there are either expired or not authorized.  Online coupons or coupon images that have a Zoo logo other than the one you currently see on our website masthead are long ago expired and cannot be honored.
