West Palm Beach, FL-(February, 2017) In a recent ceremony, Braman Motorcars General Manager, Stephen Grossman presented the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society President/CEO, Andrew Aiken with a $25,000 check as part of a multi-year commitment in support of the Zoo’s mission to provide quality care and a natural habitat for the four Malayan tigers that call Palm Beach Zoo home.

“We thank lead corporate sponsor Braman Motorcars Palm Beach & Jupiter for their multi-year commitment which helped us double the size of the original exhibit, as well as, the amount of behind-the-scenes space for tiger housing” said Andrew Aiken, Zoo President and CEO. “Their ongoing support of the health and wellness, education, and daily operations of the four Malayan tigers that call Palm Beach Zoo home, is pivotal in helping us expand our role as Malayan tiger ambassadors.”

Braman Motorcars is the lead corporate sponsor of the Palm Beach Zoo Kimelman Tiger Habitat, one of the most popular attractions with the tens of thousands of people that visit the zoo every year. Now in its third year, the Braman Motorcars sponsorship of the Palm Beach Zoo Malayan Tiger Habitat has become an integral part of Braman Motorcars programs ranging from monthly Club Braman events to live animal exhibits at the zoo.

“This partnership makes sense because both organizations are about relationships,” says Braman Motorcars General Manager Steve Grossman. “For Braman, it’s between us, our customers and the community. For the Palm Beach Zoo, it’s between people, the animals and the community.”

The Zoo is a recognized leader in Species Survival Plan breeding programs for Malayan tigers. The wild Malayan tiger population has recently been estimated at fewer than 250 animals, making them among the most endangered of the tiger subspecies.

Adds Grossman, “Conservation is something that requires communication and teamwork; two of the core values of the Braman way of doing business. Beyond the enjoyment our customers get from attending Club Braman events at the Palm Beach Zoo, a truly magical place, we are proud to help secure a future for these magnificent and endangered Malayan tigers.”
