Supporters to Spend a Night Under The Stars at "Do at the Zoo" Annual Fundraiser

WEST PALM BEACH, FL. — Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society supporters will spend a night under the stars at the always-popular “Do at the Zoo” annual fundraiser. The global celebration takes place on Friday, November 11, 2016, from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the zoo.

BACARDÍ is once again the event’s exclusive spirits sponsor, and will be featuring a classic cocktail: a BACARDÍ Friendsgiving Rum Punch, which is a simple mixture of BACARDÍ Gold & BACARDÍ Superior rum, apple cider, lemonade, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon crafted into a timeless cocktail garnished with apple slices.

Attendees will dine on a moveable feast of innovative cuisines from eight of the Palm Beaches top-rated restaurants and all-star chefs, dance to music by DJ VLAD, and of course, there will be face-to-face appearances by the zoo’s fascinating animal ambassadors. As part of our environmentally friendly and sustainability initiative, select lighting for the evening will come from LED lights.

Global cuisine for the event will be provided by Avocado Grill, Cholo Soy Cocina, Duffy’s Sports Grill, Echo, Bolay, PB Catch, Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar, Table 26 and the Palm Beach Zoo Tropics Cafe.

Proceeds from "Do at the Zoo" will help the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society to advance its mission of inspiring people to act on behalf of wildlife and the natural world. The Zoo is home to more than 550 animals and is nationally accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. http://www.palmbeachzoo.org/do-at-the-zoo-2016
