Story Time: "If I Ran the Zoo" by Dr. Seuss

The book read during Story Time at the Zoo on May 23rd will be “If I Ran the Zoo” by Dr. Seuss. The popular event will take place at the Zoo’s Conservation Station by the Safari Train and the Wildlife Carousel. Story Time at the Zoo is geared towards encouraging children to connect with wildlife through reading, and it is included in the cost of Zoo admission.

Teddy Bears are stuffed with LOVE! It’s time for their annual check-up at the Palm Beach Zoo’s Teddy Bear Affair. Children are invited to bring their favorite stuffed animal to this very special event. The Palm Beach Zoo’s Veterinary Team will be available to perform check-ups on our furry stuffed friends.

Be a Permanent Part of Our Butterfly Garden! Join us on Butterfly Day at the Zoo and make a stepping stone for our new expanded butterfly garden. Donate $50 and make a stepping stone with your own design at the zoo on Saturday May 30th. We’ll provide the kits and the space. After you complete your design, we’ll dry it and place it in our butterfly garden. Come back and see your stone all year long! Enjoy butterfly crafts , a special butterfly talk and learn how to make your own butterfly garden. For more information, please email us at info@palmbeachzoo.org.

The Palm Beach Zoo's American Association of Zoo Keepers (AAZK) Chapter will be hosting a fundraiser at Sweet Tomatoes on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd on June 3rd from 5 to 8pm. All you need to do is show up with the flyer and eat! Please spread the flyer around to friends, family, and even strangers.
