Breakfast with Santa

Ring in the holidays at the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society with amazing animals and breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus! “Breakfast with Santa” will feature a scrumptious hot buffet breakfast that includes waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets, pastries, coffee and juice with mimosas available for purchase. The event also features private, up-close animal encounters, a meet and greet plus photo opportunities with Santa and all day admission to the Zoo. The event kicks off on Saturday, December 13th, and goes through Sunday, December 21st. Story Time at the Zoo: “Stellaluna” by Janell Cannon, December 13, 10:30 a.m. — The book read during Story Time at the Zoo at 10:30 a.m. on December 13, 2014, will be “Stellaluna” by Janell Cannon. The event will take place at the Zoo’s Conservation Station by the Safari Train and the Wildlife Carousel. Story Time at the Zoo is an event geared towards encouraging children to connect with wildlife through reading. Story Time will be included in the cost of Zoo admission. Books are thoughtfully chosen with an emphasis on animals, as part of the Zoo’s mission of inspiring people to act on behalf of wildlife. A.J. Dasher, visitor services supervisor for the Zoo, will read to children during Story Time at the Zoo.

Have an eco-friendly holiday experience with holiday decorating and the environment in mind. Each holiday display will have a conservation message and how to points so guests will be able to recreate them at home for year's to come. The Zoo has partnered with students from G-Star School of the Arts to create several holiday vignettes throughout the Zoo for guests to enjoy. Palm Beach Zoo Produce Stand

Date: December 6, 2014 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Take home farm-fresh Florida produce from the Zoo’s Produce Stand. Visitors can browse a wonderful selection of fresh, locally-grown produce and other sustainably-harvested items directly outside of the Zoo’s exit gate, and learn about how buying local produce protects wildlife. The produce stand will remain open until 5 p.m. so all Zoo-goers have a chance to shop before they head home for the evening.
