Green Anaconda*

Eunectes Murinus
These giants reach lengths of up to 30 feet and weigh as much as 400 pounds making them one of the largest snakes in the world if not the largest.
They are mainly aquatic inhabiting slow moving waters across most of tropical South America.
Males form mating balls of between 2-12 individuals per one female and they may stay like this for weeks to battle over breeding rights.
Their diet consists of fish, caiman, capybara, other snakes, and even small deer.
The greatest threat to this species is man because most people fear them and usually kill them on sight.
